Reservation
• All customers must complete the reservation form. Once submitted, they will receive a confirmation email containing the reference of the reserved property.
• The initial payment, corresponding to 50% of the total amount, is required to validate the reservation. The remaining amount will be paid until 7 days before check-in.
• A reservation will only be considered confirmed after receipt of the first payment (50%).
• Payment is made by bank transfer. After completing the reservation request, an email will be sent to the reservation holder with the company’s bank details. The holder has one hour to confirm the reservation; otherwise, the accommodation will no longer be reserved in his name.
• Prices are subject to change and availability must be confirmed by us for each booking.
• The reservation is only considered complete when up to 7 days before check-in, we receive the remaining amount of the reservation or an email with proof of bank transfer.
Cancellation policy
• If canceled within 72 hours of booking, the 50% deposit will be refunded.
• If guests cancel less than 8 days before check-in, there will be no refunds.
Check-in and check-out
• Check-in is possible from 2pm to 10pm
• Check-out until 12pm.
Cleaning and maintenance
• Guests must leave the accommodation in the condition in which they found it. Otherwise, an additional cost may be charged for extraordinary cleaning.
